Ghar-Ghar Dastak Ghar-Ghar Pustak Scheme (Ministry of Culture) WHAT The five-bus mobile library service was launched under the “Ghar Ghar Dastak Ghar Ghar Pustak” Scheme of the Delhi Public Library (DPL).
