Device to trap ocean plastic in Pacific Oceans

DEVICE TO TRAP OCEAN PLASTIC WASTE   A floating device designed to catch plastic waste has been redeployed in a second attempt to clean up an island in the Pacific Ocean between California and Hawaii.
